Innova High Heat SIP
Innova Firewall High Heat ISO-HT SIPS – High Heat SIPS with Rigid polyisocyanurate ISO-HT insulation. Innova FRP SIP panels
Insulated FRP nail base SIP panels are made with fiberglass reinforced plastic skins, which are durable, flexible, impact proof and will not mold, mildew, rot, or corrode. They provide excellent resistance to mild chemicals and moisture. Our FRP nail base SIP Panels are ideal for new construction or remodeling projects that require a high impact, insulated surface that is easy to clean and will not hold odors, dirt or food particles. FRP nail base SIP Panels can be installed directly to metal studs or over the top of existing surfaces in a fast cost effective, one step process. Our FRP SIP panels can be used to create insulated office or storage space in cold rooms and workshop areas. FRP SIP panels are a great product for commercial kitchens, butcher shops, chemical laboratories, farm buildings and medical facilities. Our insulated FRP SIP panels can be easily cleaned with soap, water and a high pressure sprayer or steam washer. FRP skins are available in a Class A or Class C Fire Rating per ASTM E-84. Insulated FRP SIP Panels are ideal for any area where a cleanable and sanitary finish is essential.
Innova ABS and Foam Board SIP Panels
Innova ABS and Foam Board panels have a verity of uses in the building industry. The high impact ABS and Foam Board material can be custom printed with any design or photo image. Many of these panels are printed and used as temporary construction walls and crowd control walls used at sporting events and concerts. Innova manufactures a concrete base plate that allows for the easy erection of the temporary wall system.

The concrete base plate can be pinned to the ground as well as braced and staked from the back. The top of the wall panels can also be kicked off against a building to form a secure, safe walkway for controlling pedestrian traffic. Walls can be taken down and reused a number of times and even printed with company and jobsite information. These same panels can be used to erect tool sheds and other insulated temporary enclosures.
