The InnovaPanel® Nail Base Insulated Roof Panel is a high-performance continuous insulation system designed for both new construction and existing roof retrofit applications. Available with either 5/8″ plywood or OSB facings, these insulated roof panels, also referred to as “SIP Sheathing”, combine structural sheathing and thermal insulation into a single product, making them an ideal solution for improving building energy efficiency while reducing installation time and labor costs.
The panel consists of a durable plywood or OSB nailing surface bonded to a closed-cell EPS insulation core. The underside of the panel features exposed insulation, allowing the panel to be installed directly over existing roof structures, roof sheathing, concrete roof decks, or roof framing systems.
