Innova SIP panel is used for new Miami Sea Aquarium Exhibit

Miami Sea Aquarium’s newest exhibit is being constructed with energy efficient Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS) by Innova Panel. Innova is located in Miami Florida and manufactures the high performance Dade County NOA approved High Impact Magnesium Oxide (MGO) SIP wall panel that provides an R38 rating and an R50 rated SIP roof panel. Innova’s patented SIP building system uses a MGO based composite cement board for its SIP panel skins. The Innova Panel will not rot or mold and is not affected by termites making it an ideal green building material for Florida’s hot humid
conditions. The InnovaPanel is Dade County NOA approved for Florida’s Coastal Impact Zones of 180 mph plus wind ratings, the highest such Building Code requirements in the USA.
